In this episode of Up The Middle, I sit down with Marist Baseball Alum Frankie Gregoire. Frankie graduated in 2019 and had a stellar 4-year career in Poughkeepsie New York. His freshman year he was a Rawlings Freshman All-American and earned All-Conference honors 3 out of his 4 years. Frankie also shattered Marists all-time home runs record, hitting 38 over the course of his career. Frankie is currently the owner/founder of Frankie Gregoire Fitness, an online training/nutrition program. Frankie recently interned with Cressey Sports Performance, the empire of strength and conditioning in the baseball world.
