Thousands of thoughts a day cross our minds and often we are not even aware of how those thoughts are directing our lives. Thoughts fuel our choices and habits yet rarely do we take the time to question them. Whatever is going on in our heads is often what is slowing us down in life. In this episode, Alison shares strategies that will begin to help you change those unchallenged thoughts by taking the time to stop and listen. It’s key that we develop the habit of listening to our thoughts, capture those that are regular offenders and examine them – take those thoughts to court. As we begin to question if our thoughts are true, if they actually are for or against us, or even where did that thought come from- we can begin to turn the tide of our thought lives. One thing to keep in mind is that it took years to get here so we need to have grace in the journey to better thinking, doing and being.
