Today on Feminine Roadmap we are talking about trusting the process. Midlife is chock full of challenges and changes but we can find purpose in this season. Many of us feel a little bit like we’ve missed our turn off and ended up somewhere we didn’t plan on going. Honestly this is a perfectly normal experience especially in midlife. In todays podcast we are going to talk about the ways we can navigate our lives back to a place of intention, purpose and vibrancy. Midlife isn’t a time to just survive and slog through, it is a time that is ripe with opportunities to thrive. How can we do that? By trusting the process and leaning in to the next best step not needing to see the whole staircase. We bring so much experience, knowledge and skill to midlife, we are equipped to move in new directions. We can believe in our ability to figure things out. We have proven that we are resilient and resourceful. Let’s take those same skillsets, experiences and know how then apply them to this next phase of our journey. While we are moving forward (or even sideways) trust the process and stay your course.
