Today on Feminine Roadmap we are talking about finding joy and balance During Christmas. I know as a former retail worker that many people are stressed out and unhappy going into the Christmas season, people get harried and anxious about all the shopping and cooking, all of the to-do’s. But today I want to encourage us to stop, get off the hamster wheel and find balance and joy during the most wonderful time of the year? How? I propose that we scale back the should and tap into this moment, this conversation, this precious time on our lives. Am I saying you should stop doing all the things? Well only if you’re doing them from a place of stress and anxiety. Our goal in this conversation is to reflect on this season, what’s important and who is important to us and make time for that. Christmas can be a great time of celebration and joy if we choose to approach it that way. I can’t believe it’s actually December! So today I’m asking you to join me in finding balance and joy in each day, creating moments of joy each day and letting the days become something more. Christmas is one of the most beautiful seasons, all the lights, music, chillier weather, and if you are lucky – some snow. Friends, this can be the most magical, enjoyable and uplifting time.
