I’m grateful to meditate with you under the powerful new moon and lunar new year of 2022!

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release and let go with the lunar cycle. Next, manifesting under a New Moon will supercharge the energy and intent behind your dreams and wishes. I’ll guide you to plant your manifestation seeds right within your heart and harness the cosmic energies, to activate them to be materialized and grow, here on Earth.

The February New Moon may have us feeling fiercely independent, revolutionary, innovative and expansive! Our energy may feel so large that it may activate others light or shadow aspects. Providing us with healing opportunities.

New Moons guide us to go inwards and full moons help us express a more outward energy. This is why we may feel more quiet around a new moon and more expressive or emotional around a full moon.

Every new moon is a start of a new lunar cycle and as Beings on this planet, we synchronize with the moon naturally. Being ONE with nature, aligns us to express ourselves with new cycles as well.

In addition, this February New Moon is the start of a new Lunar New Year!
This is an extra potent opportunity to activate new beginnings in any aspect of our lives. We can harness these energies to activate and grow our dreams and wishes. This new moon is optimum time to plant manifestations seeds of hope for better days to come personally and collectively.

Under the dark night of this Air Energy New Moon, we can feel that change is imminent. It brings the promise of brand new beginnings, fresh starts and the opportunity to set our intentions into motion; planting seeds of hope within our hearts.

I guide you to plant your manifestation seeds and nest them within your heart space to grow and materialize here on Earth. The Celestial Body of the Moon will step forward to heal and activate your seeds of creation. When you set heart based intentions vs. ego based intentions, the energy of the manifestations is much higher in frequency, therefore manifesting faster than an ego based intention, which carries a denser frequency. This is an easy and gentle guided meditation with the support of the Cosmos🌙🔮🧘‍♀️
