Marc interviews Scott A. Harper, one of four GOP candidates seeking the state 31st Senatorial District seat. The seat is now held by Pat Vance, who is retiring.

Harper is an attorney with offices in West York Borough and also serves as an elected auditor for Washington Township in York County. While still attending high school, Attorney Harper enlisted into the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, serving in the infantry until he was honorably discharged after fulfilling his commitment of service. He is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law.
