Molly discusses Fear: Exploring the What Ifs. When we make fear-based decisions, we usually start thinking about all the what-ifs that could happen.

What if we shifted perspective and thought about all the positive what ifs? What if that experience helped you to grow? Molly explores many what if possibilities positive and negative and encourages everyone to shift the negative what if into a positive what if statement.

Molly uses auditioning as an example of changing the narrative. It can be challenging to change the story, especially when we have been saying the same thing to ourselves for years.

Molly talks about parenting and helping our children to overcome fear at a young age. What if we taught our children that this is practice for life. That it’s practice for taking chances.

Molly knows as a parent, she must overcome all the things she is trying to instill in her children. She has to be the example for them.

Give children the tools, support, and situation that will help them to see fear and understand it so that they can learn to work through it.

Molly discusses how it can be easier to push fear out of the way when we feel 100% confident in what we are doing. You cannot start to overcome and move past fear until you can get to the bottom line of why it exists.
