Everyday life presents new challenges. What should we do and where should we go when life presents hurt, despair, and disappointment that causes us to feel tired, hopeless, angry, anxious, fearful, and without peace? Run to God and He will help us face those giants.

Arise and give thanks to God for blessing us with another day! Despite our challenges, God sustains our lives. Job said it best in chapter 12:10 "In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind."

We will talk about turning to God and His Word when discouragement and fear get the best of us. God is our refuge and strength, a present help in times of trouble.
