He ministered to many national and international leaders. During the Clinton Administration, Cain went to Iraq to meet with Saddam Hussein. He also met with spiritual leaders, including key church and denominational leaders." (Wikipedia) I don't recall being an agent of both the CIA and the FBI ever coming up amongst all the people that used to hang on his every word.
