During the conversation, we got an update on the development of the Tasktracker software. Then we dove into a discussion about the relationship between the Golf Shop and Golf Maintenance departments within a facility. Jaime and his Superintendent, Gerald Flaherty, CGCS had a very successful working relationship based on communication and a mutual understanding of each other's operations. This critical partnership is often less than positive, and Jaime shares his thoughts on how to strengthen this relationship for a smoother operation.
