The duo talked about Kinder's experience as a fan in the 1970s, spending time with club legend Noel Brotherston, before moving onto the late, great Jack Walker.

Discussion then moves to the academy. Kinder reveals how he made it into the job, being part of the FA Youth Cup runs, and when he knew his time was coming to an end.

Kinder also chats about Paul Gallagher, Junior Hoilett, David Dunn, Lewis Travis, Joe Garner, Joe Rankin-Costello and Ryan Nyambe - plus information on how Rovers nearly secured a player who went onto playing for Manchester United and Stoke as a kid.
