In 23 years in the real estate business, Rich has performed as an appraiser for 7 years, flipped $30 million as an investor moonlighting on nights and weekends, and ran the second biggest team in North Carolina for Remax. In 2017, he merged into eXp and built a revenue share organization of 1,900 agents, and opened up the UK alongside Barry Pulver and Adam Day. He continues to develop leaders and help agents break through their imagination.
