Almost every living organism lives within a group as Nature figured out millions of years ago that that confers a survival advantage relative to wondering the plains as a nomad. Groups need organisation otherwise there is chaos. Organisation requires leadership necessitating hierarchy based on individuals attributes meritocatically. Political correctness is where the neomarxist identity police assume that anyone who has power swiped it as everyone should have the same outcome which ofcourse is the opposite to structure and hierarchy based on meritocracy and therefore causes chaos and paradoxically tyranny and final collapse. Leadership may sound like the ultimate attainment but the weight of responsibility and necessity of clarity of vision through the fog of world events suits very few people and many Primeminister's have found it an unpleasant burden although a great honour and duty.
