This month I have a great chat with Anthony Coota, who plays with Blindfolded And Led To The Woods, keeps busy with his social media channel Coota Drums, and also teaches. 

We have a great chat about all things drums, body, sleep, healthy routines and everything in between. At 26 years old, Anthony is the youngest guest I've had on the podcast, so it was great to get his perspective and the way he approaches his instrument and health as a mid 20s player who is highly active on the kit.

We're all indiviuals and I love talking about the different approaches we all take to achieve our drumming goals and maintain longevity within our bodies.
