Fierce Grace is the first truly integrated new yoga system in decades - a unique blend of Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram and Iyengar yoga with HiiT, Pilates, strength training, deep stretching, meditation and breathwork. Its aim is to awaken and balance us both physically, mentally and emotionally - to help us become whole, powerful and self-aware.

So yes I fell I love with this lady straight up, after doing her class at the Yoga Stops Traffick fundraiser organised by Om and Bass (check episodes 55 and 58) last March and I signed up for a virtual Fierce Grace membership the next day and even considering taking Fierce Grace Teacher Training…. I am in awe of this woman and all she has created!

We speak about her past, present and future, all she has been through creating and starting her own method coming from being a trained Bikram teacher, her expertise and over 20 years of experience, teaching thousands of people and her passion to keep teaching forever.

Her story is so inspiring, if you have a yoga interest or not, this lady will blow you away.
