As far as a woman asking a man to marry her. I'm a traditionalist. However many women have subtle ways of getting a man to ask them to marry them already. Ultimatums have been in place for a long time.

I think it's takes some of the pressure off of many men. Who maybe attracted to a woman. But doesn't want to overstep his boundaries.
