Giena Hapgood is a Yoga Teacher, Nurse, & Reiki Healer based in San Diego, CA. I was really interested in hearing her story about coming to San Diego from the Pacific Northwest, how she found her way to yoga through a difficult separation, and how yoga has helped her find and define her authentic self.
Just like with Episode 4 with Nirel Rillera, we went into being of Filipino heritage in America, and how that's shaped our lives and our experiences.
