In the 80’s we had, new wave, jelly bracelets, cabbage patch kids, neon clothes, and Satanic Panic! A mass panic spread across our country, people were being accused and arrested for things when there was no evidence! Law enforcement, social workers, parents were all trying to look for signs of devil worshiping. Then there were people who were took advantage of the situation and preyed on peoples fears making the situation dangerous! This episode is scary, not because of satanist but because of the mass hysteria that was created and the scariest part is it is happening still today!
