Each of us want same things from any relationship i.e. to feel heard, understood, accepted and loved.
Yet, we don’t do these for others. We put conditions on our love for others. We withdraw our love from others based on these conditions. This is what causes relationship issues. This is the reason our relationships drain us and aren’t as fun.
In this episode I talk about the power of unconditional love – the power of loving unconditionally. Unconditional love for others not only feels amazing for us, it is what makes relationships so awesome.
‘I love you just as you are’ is the most amazing thing one can say or hear in a relationship.
And the foundation of it all is our unconditional love for ourselves. When we learn to love ourselves unconditionally, we don’t need anyone to be any different to feel loving towards them.
We can choose to feel unconditional love no matter what and it feels amazing.
