The Generational Group focuses on business consultancy, Mergers and Acquisitions, and wealth advising for business owners throughout North America.

Ryan and his wife, Ellie, are also founders of Create Church, a multiethnic, multigenerational church in Richardson, Texas. As lead pastor, his deep passion is to see church members of all walks of life discover and live out their purpose.

Ryan is the first Republican Presidential candidate to join Raven on the podcast, but he won’t be the last as she is inviting all of the GOP presidential candidates to tell her listeners why they deserve their votes.
