Art tells us about the proposal of the naming of the new overpass at Ruthrauff and the I-10 in respects to DPS trooper Juan Cruz who lost his life in the Line of Duty in 1998 in a horrific crash. Art attends an event for the hearing on the proposed change and his frustrations with the board hearing from not only a Mask "Suggestion" but the current delay on movement of the group to get this done.
