On this week’s episode of The PineBeltSPORTS Podcast, sports editor Camal Petro is joined by Petal basketball head coach Todd Kimble.

The Panthers are 10-2 on the season and 1-1 in region play. Kimble admitted he wasn’t too sure how the first 10 non-region games would play out, but he’s happy with the way his players have responded to his coaching in his first year with the program.

Kimble also goes into detail on his team’s seven-point loss to Meridian and the last-second defensive effort to beat Oak Grove last week. The Panthers and the Warriors meet again Friday.
