Stef Lake is an autistic activist and campaigner living in Brighton. Stef shares the things on their mind these days: championing radical candour in both work and personal relationships, wondering if dancing and singing to your favourite band counts as somatic healing and celebrating the upside of object impermenance. Stef speaks honestly about the reality of having autistic meltdowns: what it feels like in their body and what support is needed to weather the fierce strom of a meltdown. They praise CrossFit and birds and Taylor Swift and pizza nights, allowing us to share in the abundance of joy and beauty that spils out into their days.
