Ila Edgar is a firm believer that trust is the foundation of all relationships, including the one we have with ourselves. Her extensive experience in progressive leadership roles across diverse industries led her to establish Big Change Inc., a consultancy dedicated to partnering with leaders and teams to identify and overcome relational obstacles that impede their success.

Through her expert guidance, clients forge stronger relationships and implement meaningful changes within their teams and organizations. Her approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, sometimes requiring minor adjustments, and other times delving deeper into complex issues. Regardless of the scope, Ila is committed to helping individuals cultivate human-centric leadership and is known for her ability to pinpoint the core of what truly matters.

Ila’s questions, insights, and advice about relationship trust can be heard on her twice-monthly podcast, called Trust on Purpose, which she co-hosts with Charles Feltman.
