It's the 20 year anniversary!!! On a pre-Halloween 2002 Monday Night Raw on TNN (not the USA Network), Triple H continued his tasteless angle of using a sex doll as a stand-in for Katie Vick, who was Kane's kayfabe prom date in high school that died in a car crash with Kane behind the wheel. Yes, this was one week after the infamous, "I screwed your brains out!" funeral home debacle. Kane attacked Triple H, leading to a non-title Casket Match on this show! This was also the night that Eric Bischoff announced who would be competing in the first ever Elimination Chamber match at Survivor Series and Shawn Michaels decided to go after his former best friend, Triple H, after Trips tried to cripple Shawn at SummerSlam. Furthermore, in the first full calendar year with no WCW, ECW, or any competition, TNA is also on the rise as they have new owners! That and so much more discussed in this week's episode!
