I grew up with a belief in me, to just work hard! As I grew and moved through life, the negative life experiences early on beat any feeling of enough-ness out of me. I was constantly doing the dance, trying to prove my worth in my career, in relationships, which turned into my inner critic screaming “I’m really not enough”, which affected my self worth.
