JJ caught up with Nashy during the charity event ‘World in a Day’ back in January while raising funds for the Doddie Weir Foundation.

JJ was injured in a bomb blast in Afghanistan in 2011, while serving as a Royal Marine. JJ recalls the events of that day and the years since living with his injuries to winning medals at the Invictus Games.

An accomplished TV presenter and recent contestant on Strictly Come Dancing JJ is a familiar face to many. His personal story is inspirational as he loves to say “yes” and embrace life and opportunities.

JJ was on his static bike throughout the live recording and was clocking up the miles for Doddie Aid. There are some drop outs in sound quality during this episode which is to be expected as it was live and the guests were cycling.
