The boys also reflect on the career of Vince Carter who announced his retirement from the NBA today.
Our featured guest is a huge name in Canadian broadcasting, Hal Johnson. Hal and his wife Joanne McLeod have hosted and produced well over 300 episodes of their popular fitness shorts – Body Break. Hal posted an amazing video on social media last week talking about how Body Break was initially created in the late 80s as a way to combat racism.
