In the latest episode of the @Phemaleempowered podcast it was my absolute pleasure to talk to Rachael Moses, Consultant Respiratory Physiotherapist and Associate Director at Royal Brompton and Harefield, London.
Rachael and I had a refreshingly frank talk on the pandemic, the fatigue that's come with it and why people should just do what they're fucking told!
It wasn't all covid though as we took a magical roundabout ride through the NHS covering equality, diversity, inclusivity and also learn about Rachael's friend, the 'fanny physio'!
I've deemed Rachael the Geordie answer to @BreneBrown and her humour and compassion will hopefully teach you a thing or two about human condition and feel like a metaphorical rainbow (LGBTQIA or NHS!) in a metaphorical dark sky.
