Paty Araujo is a single mom who started her rediscovery journey in 2018 after PPD & PTSD took a toll on her. She started therapy & meditation as a way to help her regain her true power.
She changed the way she viewed the world, changed her old beliefs, & continues to grow. She's here to be loud, speak her truth, & be a voice for those who need it.
As a sexual abuse & incest survivor raised with very traditional Mexican beliefs, she's breaking her generational cycle.

This week, we get really real. A survivor of sexual abuse & incest, Paty shares her testimony of turning her pain into power.
We discuss her upbringing & the unfortunate sexual abuse she experienced. Paty talks about the patterns she developed as a result & how she got started on her healing journey.
Patty also shares her experience of going public with her story of abuse & the impact it has had on her healing process & how others can begin their own healing after abuse.
