👉 Leo Pareja entered Real Estate at just 19 years of age and by 28 he was the #1 Keller Williams Agent in the world. He became a permanent fixture on The Thousand report, published by REAL Trends in partnership with the Wall Street Journal, as well as #1 Agent on NAHREP’s Top 250 list and an Alumni of Realtor Magazine’s 30 under 30. During his 15 years selling, Pareja sold close to 4,000 homes representing around 750 million in transactional volume.
👉In 2012 he co-founded Washington Capital Partners, one of the largest private lending companies in the east coast. WCP provides financing to buy, fix and flip for investors of SFR product by focusing on a frictionless process leveraged through a proprietary technology platform. The company has originated over a billion dollars in loans.
👉In 2016 co-founded and scaled Remine which became one of the fastest growing MLS vendor technologies in the history of the space. Remine grew to serve over 85 MLS & Association customers offering its varied products to 1,100,000 agents in the US.
👉Pareja is the Chief Strategy Officer for eXp Realty. Leo oversees all products and services such as mortgage, title & escrow and lead generation platforms. His goal is to add value to our agents’ businesses by augmenting their daily workflow through smart and elegant solutions that enhance their customers’ experiences. He is responsible for creating strategies that reinforce and continuously evolve eXp Realty’s competitive advantage and industry-leading agent value proposition. He focuses on optimizing the organization at large, seizing new opportunities for growth.
👉Pareja has been highly involved with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Pareja was the founding President of the NAHREP Metro DC chapter and then joining the national board to expand their efforts in public policy advocacy to protect the underserved markets. He served as the organizations National President in 2017. Pareja has spent his entire adult life in Real Estate industry as both a practitioner and an advocate for Real Estates and the customers they serve.
👉In 2020 Leo co-founded the Pareja Family Foundation with his wife Ariana Pareja. We provide scholarships to disadvantaged women and minorities to complete a six-month tech bootcamp to be able to join the tech industry without incurring college debt and having the ability to double and triple their income.
