Intro for Episode 1: First Encounter

Kristin: "Welcome to Ground Control, your go-to podcast for all things healing, yoga, and everything in between. I'm Kristin."

Nikki: "And I'm Nikki. Today, we’re taking you back to where it all began—the moment the universe decided to put the two of us in the same room, and we had absolutely no idea what we were in for."

Kristin: "Picture this: a yoga class with the sweatiest bunch of yogis you’ve ever seen, and one slightly clueless instructor—yours truly. That's when I saw Nikki attempting to do a headstand... against a wall that wasn’t exactly sturdy."

Nikki: "Okay, first of all, that wall was a traitor. Second, I remember thinking, 'Who is this overly cheerful instructor with the perfect posture and way-too-positive vibe?' Little did I know she’d become my best friend and partner in crime."

Kristin: "From our first meeting, filled with awkward yoga poses and even more awkward conversations, to the day we decided to build Hush Studio together, it’s been a wild ride full of laughter, love, and a few questionable decisions."

Nikki: "Oh, we’ve definitely made some questionable decisions. Like that time we tried to hold a sound bath in a room next to a heavy metal band’s practice session."

Kristin: "But that’s a story for another episode! For now, sit back, relax, and enjoy our journey from strangers to soul sisters and co-founders of the place we now call Hush Studio."

Nikki: "And maybe, just maybe, you'll learn a thing or two about trusting the universe, embracing the unexpected, and the power of a good headstand—against a non-traitorous wall."
