About Andrew:

Well hello there! My name is Andrew.

I love to think differently, whether it be about the way we approach work, programs or people. I enjoy agility, and not tradition. I challenge to simplify and obsessively focus on the customer or end user of my work.

My specialty is in solving problems, and leading transforming change. I have extensive experience over a number of roles in designing digital and physical customer journeys, frontline experiences, IT systems enhancements and transformation, channel capacity planning, retail strategy, store design and merchandising, sales planning, and customer experience. Not to mention some of my favourites, behavioural economics and human behavioural focused design. You'll also notice that I'm Australian, so I put the letter 'u' in things a lot more than my friends in America, where I now call home.

My leadership philosophy is simple. My job as a leader is to create the space for my team to be brilliant. If I can create a diverse team of smart thinkers and give them the direction, time, resources and support they need, they will get the job done. Fun helps too.
