Pour up a Skull Island Colossus and join McCash as he relives Peter Jackson's take on one of the most epic stories in cinema history alongside Brandon and Stoney. Today, we're drinking with...King Kong. 

To make the Skull Island Colossus, you'll need:

• 1½ oz dark rum
• ½ oz overproof rum
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz banana liqueur
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• banana slice for garnish


Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add dark rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, banana liqueur, and bitters.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Pour into a large rocks glass or tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
5. Float the overproof rum on top.
6. Garnish with a banana slice.
