Alexei shares with us his philosophy on OKRs and why he feels they are so valuable to any organization. He speaks about how OKRs provide great to people to do their best work, with the right direction being well defined. I really liked Alexis insight about an organization's journey and how they learn and improve their formulation of OKRs as they become more aware of how to think about the outcome they want to achieve and how the power of just one well stated objective can be truly, truly compelling.
