Zach and Tim discuss the importance of North Stars and their role in helping shape an OKR program. Zach also discusses how implementing an OKR program has allowed his entire organization to have visibility and transparency into other divisions. He goes into detail about how this has greatly benefited him in his position and how OKRs helped raise the bar for everyone at Andiamo.
Zach is terrific and he truly gets the values of an OKR program, including how getting it right from the start, even though it can be a bit daunting, is so well worth the investment as it is now, and will continue, paying huge dividends for Andiamo.
