Andy and Tim had a very insightful conversation about a variety of topics related to the CEO’s viewpoint on OKRs. They discussed why Andy chose OKRs for his organization as CEO, how Vanarama embraced OKRs straight away and how OKRs helped their organization execute their most important priorities.
We also discuss the importance of buy-in. Buy-in plays a huge role in developing a successful OKR program and Andy speaks to his commitment and the results from his being all in from day one on the OKR framework.
