Steve Wilde is New Zealand journalist who has reported from around the world for more than 20 years. He's been to some crazy places in that time, including reporting from the war in Afghanistan, the frozen continent of Antarctica and more recently North Korea - and pretty much everywhere in between. He's spent most of that time as a journalist for Radio New Zealand (think National Public Radio for US listeners). More recently he's been out on his own, seeing the world and telling the stories the way he wants to tell them for his YouTube followers, without the confines of a major media organisation to get in his way.
