Happy New Year Everyone! We are starting 2022 with a new episode on how to stay on or get back on track with your habits. Life happens and there will be days that you don't feel like doing the things you set yourself to do. In this episode, we take inspiration from a fellow gym goer who inspires us just by being present. Admiring her from afar has got us thinking, how does she do it? How does she stay disciplined after having bad days? We all go thru tough times and/or disruptions in our pattern. Time to work on not beating ourselves up and overthinking when sh*t happens.
