We have been living some strange and even difficult times for the last 2-3 years, with many of us experiencing a (full) lockdown at some point.

We're in this boat together, we're fighting this off the best we can and we'll be all the better for it. Nonetheless, there are many things that we can do to make this time a bit more bearable.

I give a few suggestions as to what you can do, whether you're alone or with your family. Feel free to expand on my suggestions with yours, if you feel like doing so.
