In this podcast episode, I share my conversation with Amber Harper of The Burned-In Teacher as she talks about her incredible journey of learning how to embrace the messiness of the process of overcoming burnout. She's a teacher who has left the teaching profession twice, only to return to it with a newfound appreciation for the process. Through the course of the interview, we will hear her story of how she navigated burnout, learned to trust herself and the chaos that comes with the process, and how she found her way back to teaching.
