In this episode, we briefly talk about the increase demand in adoptions. Since the pandemic there has been a ton of adopted puppies and kittens. With that information, we start answering questions a lot of new pet parents ask when taking on new puppies for their first time. For example, what kind of food should I feed my dog? How much? What vaccines are needed? How much do they cost? Is pet insurance worth it? Here is the formula to how much you should be feeding your pup: (Weight in kgs x 30 + 70 = Resting kcal for the day) For puppies -> (Resting kcal for the day x 2 = TOTAL kcal for the Day) For Adult dogs-> (Resting kcal for the day x 1.5 = TOTAL kcal for the Day).
