Zoe the Executive Director of the American Red Cross of Western North Dakota. The Western North Dakota chapter supports communities in the counties of Adams, Billings, Bottineau, Bowman, Burke, Burleigh, Divide, Dunn, Emmons, Golden Valley, Grant, Hettinger, McHenry, McKenzie, McLean, Mercer, Morton, Mountrail, Oliver, Renville, Sheridan, Sioux, Slope, Stark, Ward, Williams; as well as the Mandan, Hidatsa, & Arikara Nation (Three Affiliated Tribes) and the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides comfort to victims of disasters; teaches skills that save lives; distributes international humanitarian aid; and supports veterans, military members and their families. The Red Cross is a nonprofit organization that depends on volunteers and the generosity of the American public to deliver its mission.Zoe earned an MBA from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and International Studies from North Dakota State University. Zoe believes in the power of strong communities and enjoys spreading the humanitarian mission of the Red Cross throughout Western ND.
