At 1:30pm on the 17th August 2014, a body was found in the Red River in Canada. The body was wrapped in plastic and a duvet and it was weighed down with rocks. The body would be identified as that of 15 year old Tina Fontaine. A 56 year old man would stand trial for her death but with no DNA evidence, no cause of death and no witnesses, the Crown had a struggle on their hands.
