OMG you're back here at the family balancing act. We are so so very excited to have our special guest here at the family balancing act. So in a culture where children do too much, what happens when you let your children do nothing at all? Why can't we just play chronicles one of one glorious summer when Pam let her kids take off from the scheduled activities, no camps, classes or any kind of structure at all. They had an old fashioned 1950 style summer, she learned how raising kids has changed so drastically since then, and most importantly, how to stop time once in a while and just play. I am so honored and thrilled to introduce you to my very, very good friend, Pam lovely. And yes, we've known each other Oh, a while since college. She's brilliant. And a comedic writer of plays columns and books and her columns have appeared in many, many newspapers and websites. Her memoir, why can't we just play what I did when I realized my kids were way too busy, is available wherever books are sold. So welcome, my friend.
