Lisa will be emceeing the upcoming Out of the Darkness Walk at Fairfax City Hall on Oct. 1.
They talk about the Fairfax and DC walks, including the honor bead ceremonies; and the initiatives to get vital programs in the hands of military members who may need them.
Also discussed are new programs that AFSP offers, and the progress that has been made in preventing suicide, including the formation of a national suicide and crisis lifeline at 988.
