He talks about Prop 33 which will increase the governments’ authority to enact rent control on residential property.  Prop 5 which will allow bonds for affordable housing with a 55% voter approval. Measure A is a local initiative that will increase taxes to go to homelessness programs. Rich welcomes his daughter Catherine in studio.
