Just throwing my two cents in here…..From my experience ( both as a casual labourer in the past and now seeing it from the other side when I see the service provided by the agency my employer deals with ) labour hire companies are generally incompetent. They only seem to be interested in just chucking someone in to a role so they can start earning their commission ASAP. Very rarely do we get anyone remotely suitable , and the amount of people we go through is ridiculous.
