Después del desayuno, algunas personas van a la iglesia. Asisten a misa y rezan. Es un momento para reflexionar y estar en comunidad. Otras personas prefieren quedarse en casa y relajarse. En la mañana, es común que las familias salen a pasear. Van a parques, plazas o playas. Caminan, juegan y disfrutan del aire libre. Los niños corren y se divierten mientras los adultos conversan. Al mediodía, muchas familias preparan una comida especial. En algunos países, como Argentina, hacen un asado. En México, es común comer tacos o tamales. Todos se sientan alrededor de la mesa y disfrutan de una comida deliciosa. Después de comer, es hora de la siesta. Por la tarde, algunas personas van a visitar a familiares o amigos. Pasan tiempo juntos, toman café y charlan. Al final del día, la familia se reúne de nuevo. Comen algo ligero y conversan sobre cómo fue su día. Después de la cena, preparan todo para la semana siguiente. They walk, play, and enjoy the fresh air. The children run and have fun while the adults chat. At midday, many families prepare a special meal. In some countries, like Argentina, they make a barbecue. In Mexico, it is common to eat tacos or tamales. Everyone sits around the table and enjoys a delicious meal.   After eating, it is time for a nap. In the afternoon, some people go to visit family or friends. They spend time together, have coffee, and chat. At the end of the day, the family gathers again. They eat something light and talk about how their day went.
