Whether it's a snarky social-medial post, relentless rush-hour traffic, or a painful memory we can't seem to shake, bitterness can blindside us in a heartbeat. If unkind thought begin playing in your head, just remember: God's Word is a different soundtrack altogether, and you have a choice about what you're listening to! The next time frustration toward someone hits, take those thoughts captive. You can turn down the grumbles and turn up the grace. Speak these work aloud - even a whisper will do - while you hold that person in your heart: "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit" (Philemon 1:25). Let the power of His Word set you free.
